Wow, what a great season 2K6 is unfolding to be...

A 220 lb. 8 pt, grossing solidly in the 120's.

A 210 lb. 10 pt, grossing in the 140's.

And, .....as an update, Daniel's 1st deer 23NOV3!  What a way to remember Thanksgiving for a happy 10 year old!

And,.....off to South of Sonora, TX I go!  Heading down Wednesday to the grand ADOBE Ranch as a guest of some very generous people that work very hard to be great hosts.  Always a dream.  I expect at least plenty of pictures to share. 

Back from TX with plenty of pictures & stories.  While I didn't pull a trigger, I cetainly had plenty of chances.  Here are a couple of the best bucks.  The 1st deer I saw of the trip was the 11 pt.  I saw him again on the other side of the ranch a couple days later, and he hadn't fixed his g3 & g4 on the right side, so I resigned myself to hoping to see him next year.
